Welcome, friends! Whether you're a longtime follower of Tay, Third, and the rest of the crew, or you've just stumbled across my corner of the internet for the first time, I am so glad you're here. Writing cozy, heartfelt MM romance and queer stories (filled with characters figuring out who they are, finding where they belong, and all wrapped up in plenty of positive reinforcement) is a true labor of love.
Because I'm flying solo as an indie author building these worlds from scratch with my coffee mug and imagination, I get asked a lot of questions about my books, my writing process, and where to start. I've gathered some of the most common ones here so you can grab a cup of coffee, settle in, and learn a bit more about the stories I create.
As you finish exploring these questions, I want to leave you with one final thought and a little inside secret just for staying a while.
If you've read through a few of my stories, you might have started noticing some familiar faces popping up in unexpected places. That’s because, with the exception of Leopold the Lonely Vampire, almost all of my books take place in the same interconnected web of fictionalized Western Pennsylvania towns just outside of Pittsburgh. Characters from IT'S ALL GOOD UNTIL, BARISTA BREWED LOVE, THE GEORGES, and my other projects cross paths, visit the same local spots, and drop into each other's worlds because I love the idea of a tight-knit community where love can find you right around the corner!
And if you want a fun Easter egg to look out for in your next reading session: keep an eye on what my characters are reading. More often than not, they’re curled up with a Boys' Love (BL) book that happens to be my own story, My Soulmate, My Curse. Don't tell anyone, but even Bruce from Leopoldo the Lonely Vampire is in on the fun and reading it too!
